At MixWave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium audio and electronic gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
